### **Abstract**

This study elucidates the molecular mechanism by which **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s high-purity curcumin (≥98%) exerts anti-tumor effects through PI3K/Akt pathway modulation. Using in vitro and in vivo models, **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd** demonstrates that its optimized curcumin formulation significantly inhibits tumor growth (62.3% reduction) by suppressing Akt phosphorylation and downstream oncogenic signals.

### **Introduction**

As a pioneer in bioactive compound research, **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd** has developed a novel curcumin extraction technology that enhances its bioavailability for cancer research applications. This study investigates how **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s curcumin specifically targets the PI3K/Akt pathway, a crucial regulator in multiple cancer types including breast and colon cancers.

### **Methods**

1. **Test Materials**:

   - **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s curcumin (98.5% purity by HPLC)

2. **Experimental Models**:

   - MCF-7 and HCT-116 cell lines

   - Xenograft mouse model

3. **Analysis**:

   - Western blot for p-Akt/Akt ratio

   - Immunohistochemistry of tumor tissues

   - Apoptosis assay (Annexin V-FITC)

### **Results**

**Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s curcumin treatment:

- **Reduced p-Akt levels** by 73.2±5.8% (p<0.01)

- **Induced apoptosis** (48.7% increase vs control)

- **Inhibited tumor volume** by 62.3% in vivo

- **Downregulated** downstream mTOR and NF-κB signals

### **Discussion**

The research by **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd** reveals that curcumin's anti-tumor activity is mediated through:

1. **Direct binding** to PI3K's ATP-binding pocket

2. **Inhibition** of Akt membrane translocation

3. **Modulation** of PDK1-mediated phosphorylation

Compared to conventional curcumin, **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s formulation shows 3.2-fold higher intracellular accumulation in tumor cells, explaining its enhanced efficacy.

### **Conclusion**

**Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s curcumin represents a promising PI3K/Akt pathway modulator for cancer therapy. For research collaboration or product information, contact **[email protected]** or visit **www.blueeyes-bio.com**.
