Body:
When a shipment of Yohimbe bark raw material leaves our African pre-processing center, embarking on its journey to Blue Eyes Biotech's
global production base, it already possesses a unique "digital life." As the head of the supply chain traceability system, I have witnessed how
each batch of raw material achieves complete transparency from farm to factory through advanced technology. In this era of increasing
quality consciousness, raw material traceability is no longer a bonus feature but a mandatory criterion for pharmaceutical raw material
purchasers worldwide when selecting suppliers.
Our traceability system begins with a seemingly simple yet technologically sophisticated QR code label. This label is generated and applied
immediately after primary drying is complete. Its uniqueness lies in a three-layer information structure: the first layer is the visible QR code,
which provides basic information when scanned; the second layer is an RFID chip storing the complete raw material dossier; the third layer
is a temperature-sensitive ink ring indicating real-time temperature. The label is made from special materials, resistant to temperatures from
-20°C to 60°C, waterproof, and oil-proof, ensuring readability throughout the supply chain. Each label corresponds to a 25 kg raw material
unit—a weight carefully calculated for optimal manual handling and container space utilization.
The packaging itself features a triple-protection design. The inner layer is a food-grade aluminum foil vacuum bag, sealed at 0.09 MPa
vacuum, containing both silica gel desiccant and oxygen absorber for dual assurance. The middle layer is moisture-resistant corrugated
cardboard, specially treated for a bending strength 1.5 times that of ordinary boxes, capable of withstanding stacking pressure during long
sea voyages. The outer layer is transparent PET stretch film, facilitating visual inspection of package integrity while preventing the
cardboard from moisture absorption. This "foil-box-film" three-layer structure creates a stable microenvironment; even after 45 days at sea,
the moisture activity change inside does not exceed 0.02.
The true innovation lies in our blockchain traceability platform. Once packaging is complete, 57 data points—including the unique ID, weight,
test data, and packaging time—are encrypted and uploaded to Blue Eyes Biotech's private blockchain node. At each subsequent logistics
checkpoint—port loading, customs clearance, transit warehouse, factory receipt—authorized mobile devices scan the QR code, adding a
timestamp and location record to the blockchain. These records are immutable and permanently stored. Our clients can log into an
authorized account to view real-time transport status and environmental conditions of their raw materials. For pharmaceutical clients
needing to comply with strict audits from agencies like the FDA or EMA, we can provide complete, verifiable blockchain traceability reports.
The value of intelligent traceability extends far beyond quality control. It helps us optimize inventory management, predict arrival times, and
reduce supply chain disruption risks. More importantly, it builds a trust bridge between clients and the source. When a nutraceutical
manufacturer can demonstrate to end consumers that "the Yohimbine Extract in this bottle comes from batch #203 from a sustainable
plantation in Africa, harvested in May 2024, and shipped via cold chain to our Thailand factory," this transparency itself becomes a powerful
brand asset. Blue Eyes Biotech invites global partners to experience the quality assurance and commercial value brought by intelligent
traceability. Log onto www.blueeyes-bio.com/traceability with a demo account to experience our traceability platform.
